Wooshin FM Co., Ltd. (the "Company") handles personal information received through sample requests as follows.

1. Purpose of Collection and Use

  • Receiving and reviewing sample requests
  • Replying to and consulting on requests
  • Keeping a record of requests
  • Providing samples by courier, in-person delivery or pickup at our site

2. Personal Information Collected

  • Required: company name, contact name, phone number, email, business type
  • Required: category of interest, estimated monthly order volume, specific requirements
  • Required: whether you consented to collection and use
  • Required if you select Other as business type: other business type
  • Required if you select Other as category: other category details
  • Recorded automatically: time of receipt
  • We do not collect a shipping address through this form.
  • You may decline to consent, but we cannot accept your request without it.

3. Retention Period

  • Retention period: 1 year from the date of the request

4. Provision to Third Parties

  • We do not provide your personal information to third parties.

5. Entrustment of Processing

  • Google LLC: hosting the spreadsheet and script, sending notification mail
  • Vercel Inc.: hosting the website, forwarding requests to the intake system
  • Daum (operator of Daum Mail): keeping the Company's notification mail
  • Entrustment period: until the entrustment contract ends

6. Overseas Transfer

  • Your information may be stored or processed outside Korea while we receive your request.
  • Basis: entrustment and storage needed to conclude a contract (Article 28-8 of the Personal Information Protection Act)
  • Items transferred: the items listed in Section 2
  • Destination country: the United States and other countries where each company runs servers
  • Timing and method: sent over the network when you submit the form
  • Recipients: Google LLC, Vercel Inc.
  • Google contact: googlekrsupport@google.com
  • Vercel contact: privacy@vercel.com
  • Purpose: performing the entrusted work in Section 5
  • Retention period: the same as the period in Section 3
  • If you do not want an overseas transfer, please contact us by phone instead of the form.
  • In that case, we do not accept the request through the form.

7. Destruction

  • We destroy the information without delay once the retention period ends or the purpose is met.
  • Method: we delete the corresponding row from the Google Sheet.

8. Security Measures

  • Requests are sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
  • Only the staff in charge can view the request sheet and notification mail.

9. Automatic Collection Tools

  • We use a cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) that remembers your language choice.
  • The cookie stores only the language you chose (ko or en).
  • You can refuse cookies in your browser settings.
  • If you refuse, the site may not remember your language choice.

10. Your Rights

  • You may exercise the rights below at any time.
  • Access, correction or deletion, suspension of processing, withdrawal of consent
  • You may also exercise these rights through a representative.
  • For a child under 14, a legal guardian may make the request.
  • If you disagree with our action, you may object through the same contacts.
