How long does it take to receive a sample?

For standard recipe-based OEM, samples are ready within 3-5 business days after submission. For new ODM development, it takes 2-4 weeks depending on complexity.

Can you provide HACCP certification documents?

Yes, we can provide all HACCP certification documents and test reports for 4 product categories. These are provided upon signing a supply agreement.

How do you ensure recipe confidentiality?

We execute an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) before any contract. Customer recipes are managed on isolated internal security servers.

Can you manufacture products for export?

Yes, we support export product manufacturing and documentation. We provide consultation tailored to certification requirements of each destination country.

What is the difference between OEM and ODM?
